This Book Week, join us for stories, imagination, and connection in the Discovery Centre. We’re celebrating the theme of ‘Book an Adventure’ by sharing books and activities written by some of our very own researchers. Dive into the Book Nook and discover the science of staying happy and healthy.

Event details
During Book Week we're inviting kids and families to learn about the benefits of shared book reading.
Book sharing is a wonderful way of connecting with children and is a great way to promote social and communication development.
Join Gen Wilmot, a Speech Pathologist with the CliniKids team, as she provides useful reading strategies to try at home and learn about putting the research into practice.
CliniKids is The Kids Research Institute Australia's first team integrating their world-class research with a clinical service. At the heart of the CliniKids innovative model are children with autism or a developmental delay, and their families.
